Online Postnatal Yoga

Weekly drop-in Postnatal Yoga classes on Zoom.

Firstly, congratulations on motherhood!

These weekly drop-in Postnatal Yoga classes on Zoom are supportive spaces online to help you navigate your postpartum body and connect to mindfulness techniques to help you thrive as a new mother.

The classes are suitable for birthing mothers who are 8+ weeks postpartum.

Babies are of course welcome in the space with you, though please note that this class is focused around your body and mind. Please do incorporate your baby as much or as little as you want and need to in the class.

Each class will include movement, breathwork and meditation as well as a chance to connect with other new mothers, share tips and ask questions.

Prior to attending a class, please email juliehavelund@hotmail.com to get a short health questionnaire to fill out, as well as to connect and talk about any concerns you might have.

I am a qualified Pre-and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and trained in India, prior to having my own baby.

I facilitate a welcoming environment, whether in person or online, and offer expertise based on both education and life-experience, to help you feel the best in your pregnancy - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
